Increase CNY fees

I have a job at daytime and work on this site alone after work.

I've been paying the server bills using my salary for months. However, I still have to buy USDT from time to time to payout the artists. That is to say, even without server cost, operating the site itself is deficit.

The problem is that CNY payment dealers take very much of it before they give me USDT.

Now I'll take more CNY before adding it to your balance. From 91.11% to 88.889%.
Withdraw fee remains 10%.
The overall fee is 20%: 88.889% * (1 - 10%) = 80%

I have to do this to keep this site running.
